Handling
Our goal for handling orders is to get them shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is submitted. If any updates, changes, or cancelations need to be made please feel free to reach out to us within this period and we will do our best to accommodate the change before it heads out the door.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all purchases within the 48 continental states of the USA and depending on what shipping zone you are located can vary between 2-10 business days from receiving your shipping notification. If your order still has not arrived past this window please don't hesitate to reach out. We will do everything we can to either track down your order with the sipping service or send you a replacement.
Refund Policy
We at Brutally Transparent want you to be completely satisfied with our supplements. That’s why we offer a 100% no-hassle return policy valid for the complete estimated duration of your purchase plus 30 days. If the bottle is a 30 day supply than the return window is 60 days. If it is a 90 day supply than 120 days, etc.
We realize that every person has different genetics, preferences, reactions and needs. Whether you just opened a bottle or just finished one. Not all ingredients play well with ever persons biology. If you aren’t seeing the results you were hoping for we will happily replace, substitute, or refund the product cost of your purchase if you aren’t satisfied. All we ask is you reach out to us via our contact form found at the top of the site and let us know why so we can do our best and improve moving forward. When you make a purchase from our store we want you to feel stress-free knowing we stand by you on the supplement portion of your greater health journey.
The only exception is if you selected an expedited shipping method at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders, however, in the case of expedited shipping we will happily provide a refund for the product itself but as the cost of expedition goes completely to the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) we will be unable to refund that portion in the case of a return.
