Afterpay is a "buy now, pay later" or "BNPL" payment option that allows you to order great supplements for your pets now and  pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest and no additional fees as long as you pay on time.

Does using Afterpay effect shipping times?

Afterpay orders ship in the same time frame as our normal checkout process . Typically in 1-2 business days.

Is there a minimum/maximum order size for Afterpay orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The minimum order size to take advantage of Afterpay is $35 and the maximum order size through afterpay is $1,500*.

*The spending limits with Afterpay are variable and decided by Afterpay depending on account age and standing*

How does the payment schedule work?

After your first payment is made at the time of purchase the remaining three payments will be deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

How do I return an item purchased using Afterpay?

We want to ensure you and your pets are 100% happy with our products!  You can return any items purchased with Afterpay by contacting us at info@brutallytransparent.com. After contacting us to initiate a return Afterpay will be notified and will process the appropriate refund according to how far you are into your payment schedule. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
